Coegin Pharma AB (COEGIN:Nordic GM) raises 25,3 mSEK through combined rights issue and directed new issue
The BoD of Swedish company Coegin Pharma AB (COEGIN:Nordic GM) has decided to raise 25,3 mSEK through a combination of a preferential rights issue and a new issue. The funds will be used for further strategic development of several projects in Coegin's portfolio of subsidiary companies.
